Gasthaus Hasen in Waltenhofen

Yesterday I was too lazy to cook again (thank God it doesn't happen that often) and ordered again from the Hasen in Waltenhofen via the Internet. Leckaaa burger, great delivery service, all-round great program, always happy to return. The pizzas are not to be sniffed at either. And everything with spelled. No wheat. Very good for us as my wife cannot tolerate wheat. We also hope that with our order we have been able to generate some sales for the economy in the not easy times. PS .: The delivery driver was also a very nice one, so we gave him something to drink, uh / fare. So thumbs up

I didn't like the meal of the day. A piece of grilled pork warmed up in the sauce was tough as leather. Potatoes and vegetables were so-so.

The food was very tasty, but the prices of the online menu and the bill differed. Ultimately paid 6 € too much for two dishes.

A week's vacation in the Allgäu, eaten almost every day at the rabbit's! Very tasty food, very varied, from home-style to various homemade pizzas and tasty burgers. There is nothing that you cannot eat there. The service is very warm and friendly. Please also try the homemade beers and especially the beer liqueur! Note: The side salad costs extra, but it is very large and incredibly tasty. Seldom eaten such a good salad with plenty of delicious dressing!

Today we were with 4 people in the "Hasen" for dinner. We ordered the rump steak, beef roulade, cordon bleu and the Allgäu pork fillet. All dishes, including the side salad and the Kaiserschmarrn, were of the best quality and very tasty. Seldom have we (and we really often go out to eat) as satisfied as we are today at Hasen. The evening was rounded off by the courteous and friendly service. Price-performance ratio top. We will come back in any case.

Nice beer garden, nice restaurant. The menu is funny, the food and drink is huge, lots of Allgäu specialties, but also pizza. Eaten very tasty, served by very nice staff. Overall, absolutely recommendable. We'll be back sometime.

The pizzas are delicious ... The size of the schnitzel with french fries was to complain about and the meat was unfortunately dry, furthermore the breading was almost like a finished part and not nice and loose.

So 4.3 stars is definitely not enough! I have never eaten as well as here in my entire life. The meat was more than tender. The service was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately my brother and I were just passing through, otherwise I would eat there every day. Highly recommended! ❤️

The food was spectacular, I've never eaten so well. The staff was super friendly and treated you like a regular customer for many years. I don't find any review below 3 stars credible. The prices are super cheap for this quality. A visit is really recommended.

Delicious food at fair prices, friendly staff who do not lose track even in stressful situations. I am particularly fond of the baker's flatbread made from spelled flour. Since I do not eat white flour, this is my absolute favorite, so I get my money's worth. Keep it up!!!

Very nice staff and very nice atmosphere! The order was taken quickly and reliably, even with an extra request. Unfortunately, the grilled vegetables and cheese didn't taste so good to us with the salad ... but this is a matter of taste ... The fries and the schnitzel were delicious. On request there was also more majo and ketchup! The sanitary facilities were very clean! For the bedside table we treated ourselves to a Kaiserschmarrn, which is really highly recommended! There is also an outside area that is like a small beer garden. There is also a large car park 40 meters away.

I lived in Waltenhofen from September 2019 to January 2020 and the Gasthaus Hasen was my favorite place! ❤ Here you can not only eat German dishes, but also super delicious pizzas (thanks Pietro) !!! I miss you, greetings from Milan.

Propped up 'Gasthaus' with young kitchen and friendly and swift staff. Central and prominent location in Walter Höfen village. Serve pub classics like burgers and Currywurst but also some local fairs. All dishes have been changed a little to make them contemporary. Has not worked perfectly in each case. Yet still recommend
